Purchases from Juma Ceramics are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item has arrived damaged or the order was incorrectly fulfilled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Full product descriptions are available on each product page. Please read the full description carefully before purchasing so that you know what to expect from your piece. As each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in the shape, size and colour.

If your item arrives damaged or your order has been incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us at enquiries@jumaceramics.com with photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
